Who we are. NEXT / LAYER is a trading name of D ARK VISION LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 07249589. Registered office: Office 3.14, 85 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7NQ. We decide how we use your information. For anything on this page, write to luisa@n3xtl8r.com.

What we collect. We collect the details you give us in our forms and through our ads on Instagram: your name, email and phone number, and details about your business or property. We also keep the emails you send us.

Why. We use your information to reply to you, prepare your free preview, if you applied for one, tell you about our services and measure our ads. We do this because you asked us to, and because we have a legitimate interest in running and promoting our business. Every email from us has an unsubscribe link, and using it stops our emails.

Cookies. We use the cookies the site needs to run, and advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel to measure our ads. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and limit the ads Meta shows you in your Meta ad preferences.

Who handles it. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business: website hosting, email, advertising and automation. Some are based in the United States, and they protect your information with the safeguards UK law requires.

How long. We delete your information 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. For clients, we keep the records of our work together for 6 years after it ends, as UK tax and contract law expect.

Your rights. You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to luisa@n3xtl8r.com and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes. When our practices change, we update this page and the date at the top.
